If you are sitting around the house and would like something fun to do over Thanksgiving break, or really anytime you are bored, try this website out! This is the FOCUS website. Once you have gone to www.florida-achieves.com, log in to the FOCUS side of the website (the right side). Your sign in name will be your last name and first initial (For example, if your name is John Smith, your sign in would be smithj) Once you have your sign in, enter your password which is the number 16, the first four letters of your last name and your birthday month, then year. (For example John Smith, born on January 1st would have the password of 16smit0101) Once you have logged in, you can choose any link to work on! - Mrs. Cole graduated high school here in Jacksonville from Stanton College Preparatory in 2001. She went on to earn her Bachelors and Masters Degrees at the University of Florida in Elementary Education with a specialization in literacy. She has been teaching at Chets Creek for the past three years and loves every minute of it!
Mrs. Constande was born and raised in West Lafayette, Indiana. After graduating from the Indiana University, Purdue, she was hired by Duval County. This will be her 24th year teaching in Duval County.Her husband Jim and herself have a daughter in the eighth grade. She enjoys spending her time teaching, spending time with family and friends, reading and traveling. Her passion in the classroom is teaching reading and writing.
Mrs. Sani was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia. Her best friend and husband, Doug and herself have been married for 17 years and have two children. Hayden, who is 14 and in the ninth grade at Fletcher High School and Farris, who is 10 and is in the fifth grade here at Chets Creek. We have a love for the outdoors and enjoy adventurous vacations. Looking forward to a fabulous year with my Chets Creek family!
